Refund of credit balances

Important: In the case of cross-border payments within the European Economic Area (EEA) it is necessary to indicate the so-called BIC (Bank Identification Code) and the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) in addition to the name and bank routing number of your bank.

Without full indication of the above data a refund is not possible.

In order to be able to carry out cross-border payment transfers we kindly request to always indicate the BIC and IBAN of your bank when filing a refund claim and already indicate these data on the claim form when making a new claim (we wish to inform you that BIC and IBAN of banks are frequently indicated on the bank statements of the respective account holder).

Language

We kindly request you to submit all documents in the German language, since in Austria the national and official language is principally German (Art. 8 Federal Constitution Act).
