Combating Fraud
Enforcement
The Federal Ministry of Finance has taken vigorous measures to counteract financial fraud. The department of anti-fraud looks with a holistic approach at organised tax and custom fraud and illegal employment. It must be ruled out that the law and order of a State is abused by dishonest organisations which operate with the intent to cause damage, thereby infiltrating (but not criminalizing) the domestic economy and knowingly placing at a disadvantage or damaging people working legally, enterprises and taxpayers.
